These terms cover your use of the Bloody Hell app and website. They are written in plain English. If something is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
Bloody Hell is an independent app operated by its developer. You can contact us at hello@bloodyhellapp.com.
Bloody Hell is a menstrual cycle tracking app. It provides cycle predictions, daily commentary, mood and symptom logging, and a partner-facing briefing system. It is a personal wellness tool, not a medical device. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice.
Bloody Hell is not a medical device. Do not use it to diagnose conditions, manage medications, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If something about your cycle concerns you, speak to your GP.
You must be 16 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Community posts are anonymous but must still follow these rules. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach them.
The partner linking system (Cheat Codes for him) lets you share cycle information with a person you trust. You control exactly what they can see. By generating an invite code and sharing it, you are choosing to establish that connection.
You can remove a partner link at any time from within the app. Once removed, they immediately lose access.
Bloody Hell offers two optional paid subscriptions: BH Premium and BH Fertility+. These are processed by RevenueCat via the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Payments are subject to the respective store's payment terms.
Free features remain free. Paid features are clearly marked in the app before purchase.
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the app you agree to that policy.
Your cycle data belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond running the app.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. This will permanently delete your cycle data, logs, and all associated records within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
We aim to keep the app available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we ever close the app, we will provide at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.
The app, its design, copy, and code are our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your device. That licence does not include copying, reproducing, or building derivative works from any part of it.
The app is provided as is. We make no guarantees that cycle predictions will be accurate, that the app will be error-free, or that it will meet every need you have. Cycle predictions are estimates based on your logged data. Biology is unpredictable; the app says so throughout.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
